Dr Sana Albasri graduated from Basra, Iraq, in 2012 and relocated to Australia in 2015. With 10 years of experience across various fields, Dr Albasri has built a diverse and rich career in emergency medicine, general medicine, and general practice.
Dr Albasri’s dedication to public health is rooted in her strong academic foundation. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds a dual master’s degree in public health and Tropical Medicine from James Cook University. In addition, she has earned a diploma in child health and development, along with a certification in skin cancer medicine, showcasing her focus on comprehensive care across various medical fields. Passionate about holistic wellness, Dr Albasri believes in a patient-centered approach, where body and mind are connected.
